On 17 December 2008, CCCC Forth Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. and CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully won two bids for Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway project. The two sections are Section GGTJ-13 and GGTJ-5, with bidding volume of RMB5,086 million and RMB4,235 million, respectively. Up to now, the total contract value in railway project amounted to RMB31,500 billion.
Section GGTJ-13 is located in Guangdong province, with total length of 38.67km and construction period of 1186 days; Section GGTJ-5 is located in Guangxi province, with total length of 62.64km and construction period of 48 months.
Since advancing toward railway market from 2005, CCCC captured the opportunity and actively participated in the market. Up to now, the total contract value amounted to approximately RMB65,000 million, including 24 projects such as Wuhan-Hefei Railway, Taiyuan-Zhongwei-Yinchuan Railway, Harbin-Dailian PDL, Beijing-Shanghai PDL, Shanghai-Nanjing PDL, and Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway, etc. And project volume under construction amounted to RMB45,000 million.
