On 9 December 2008, CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Section 2 and 3 of Port Construction project of Hutchison Whampoa Limited (HWL) in Vietnam. The contract value amounted to USD62 million, with construction period of 27 months and 16 months for Section 2 and Section 3, respectively.
